1. Formula of PP pearlescent film
(1) Central layer formula (mass portion)
homopolymer PP (F280) 100; Pearlescent masterbatch 11 ~ 13; White masterbatch 1 ~ 2; Slip agent masterbatch 1 ~ 2; Antistatic agent masterbatch 2 ~ 3.
(2) Surface formula (mass portion)
copolymerization PP100; Opening agent masterbatch 0.5 ~ 1.5.
Processing conditions:
The pearlescent film is composed of a surface layer/center layer/surface layer. The temperature of the center layer is 110℃, 235 ~ 240℃, 235℃, 235 ~ 240℃, and the rotation speed is 45 ~ 48r/min. Surface processing temperature of 70℃, 235 ~ 240℃, a rotation speed of 35 ~ 40r/min, and head temperature of 235℃; When cooling, the temperature of the cooling tank is 25℃, and the temperature of the quenching roll is 35℃.
The temperature of the preheating roll is 115 ~ 130℃, the temperature of the drawing roll is 111℃, the ratio of drawing speed is 4.5 ~ 5, and the temperature of the shaping roll is 120 ~ 125℃. The preheating was carried out in the oven at 168 ~ 170℃, the tensile ratio was 9, and the thermal variation temperature was 163 ~ 165℃.
2.BOPP pearlescent film formula
(1) Core layer formula (mass fraction, %)
PP83; Pearlescent masterbatch 15; Antistatic agent 2.
Processing conditions:
the temperature of the main extruder is 190 ~ 230℃, the temperature of the auxiliary extruder is 170 ~ 215℃, the temperature of the T-die head is 230℃, and the temperature of the water tank is 30℃.
(2) Surface formula (mass fraction, %)
PP98; Anti-blocking agent 2.
Processing conditions:
the longitudinal tensile temperature was 110 ~ 130℃, the longitudinal rabbinate was 4.9; The transverse tensile temperature is 170 ~ 120℃, and the transverse rabbinate is 9. The linear velocity is 120m/min.
3. Thermosealable PP packaging film formula
Formula (mass):
PP100; PS10; Talc 45; 5 / ethylene butene copolymer rubber.
Performance:
Water vapor permeability of 3.3g/ (m2·24h).
4. PP semi-permeable membrane formula
Formula (mass):
equal gauge PP55; Dioctyl phthalate 50; Mesotone, 2- polybutadiene 2.5.
Processing conditions: extrusion granulation at 165℃, then grinding the granules into a fine powder, and then sandwich-between the fine powder nylon film, pressure at 150℃ and 6.7MPa for 3min, and finally extraction with isopropyl alcohol for 1 hour, removing dioctyl phthalate, namely, semi-permeable membrane.
Performance:
Water permeability is 17mL/ (m2·h·0.1MPa).
5. Light-resistant PP composite film formula 1
(1) Inner formula (mass portion)
PP100; Kaolin (1.5μm) 80; TiO2 (1μm) 10; Oleic acid 0.1; Bis (2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidine) sebacate 0.1; 2, 6-tert-butylbiscresol (BHT) 0.2.
(2) Outer formula (mass portion)
PP90; HDPE100; TiO2 (1μm) 0.8; Bis (2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidine) sebacate 0.1; Kaolin 15; Antioxidant 0.7; Dispersant 0.1.
Processing conditions:
the inner and outer formulas were extruded from three extruders (200℃) to compound, reheated to 155℃, transverse stretching 8 times, and reheated to 160℃ for heat setting treatment.
6. PP composite paper formula 1
(1) Base formula (mass)
PP[MFR=2.5g/ (10min)]100.
(2) Writing layer formula (mass)
ethylene/propylene block copolymer (ethylene content 20%) 100; CaCO3 particle 18; LDPE10; BPO0.02.
Processing conditions:
First, the two formulations were co-extruded into a two-layer composite film, then lengthwise stretched 5 times at 130℃, then transverse stretched 9 times at 155℃, and finally heat treated for 5s at 158℃.
Performance:
Transmittance of 90%, gloss of 12%, good extinction, writing can be written with a 3H pencil.
7. PP composite paper formula 2
(1) Base formula (mass portion)
PP[MFR=3g/ (10min)]100.
(2) Writing layer formula (mass)
ethylene/propylene block copolymer (ethylene content 23%) 100; White clay particles (0.0015mm) 20; 2, 6-bis tert-butylp-cresol antioxidant 0.25; BPO0.02; Pentaerythritol tetra [3- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl) -4 hydroxybenzene] propionate 0.05; CaSt0.2.
Processing conditions:
First, the two formulations were co-extruded into a composite film by hot melt, longitudinal stretching 4.8 times at 130℃, then transverse stretching 9 times at 156℃, and finally thermal setting treatment 5s at 158℃.
Performance:
Transmittance of 90.5%, glossiness of 10%, good extinction, good writability.
